These reports address a huge spectrum of needs. They let companies print barcodes, conduct cycle counts, keep track of firearm sales, monitor monthly revenue goals, and much more.

Let’s talk about these reports, listed in alphabetical order:

Advanced Production Report

There's a Fishbowl report for that, Fishbowl Blog

This report shows information about finished products, such as their work order number, data finished, estimated and actual time it took to complete them, and more.

ATF Logbook

To make sure gun sellers are in compliance with federal regulations, this report records information about firearm manufacturers, serial numbers, date acquired, and much more.

Available to Build Report

Want to know how many finished products you could have right now if you used all of the raw materials you have in stock? That’s what this report is for.

Available to Kit Report

Similar to the Available to Build Report, this one shows how many kits can be produced right now, based on your current inventory.

Commercial Invoice

This report facilitates international shipping by using custom fields to add a great deal of information about shipments, such as quantity shipped, items and descriptions, net weight, country of origin, unit prices, and more.

Cycle Count List with Barcodes

Also known as a Physical Inventory Worksheet, this report gives you a list of parts along with their barcodes and current quantities. The parts are organized by location group. You can print out this list and bring it around the warehouse to perform a cycle count and update quantities when necessary.

Days in Inventory

This is an accounting report that shows you, on average, how many days that a certain product is in stock before being sold. This helps you identify fast- and slow-selling items and plan your inventory needs accordingly.

Item History

Want to dig deep into a certain part in your inventory? This is your report. It shows all the activity (sales, purchases, and consumption) of a part during the course of a specific time period. You can check the quantity at the beginning and end of the time period to see if you need to order more or fewer to keep it stable.

Manufacture Order Summary

Essentially this is a materials overview for a manufacture order. It shows the total number of finished goods that were completed in all of the work orders contained in a manufacture order.

Month-to-Date Revenue Graph

This is an excellent tool to help business leaders track their progress in meeting sales goals and improving over time. It shows a graph with three trending lines: current monthly sales, last year’s sales, and the goal you hope to reach. It can also include a breakeven point and the goal for the total at the end of the month.

Packing List for 4” x 6” Label

Need a packing list that can be printed as a 4” x 6” label? This one is for you. This packing list includes all the necessary information, like the quantity of each item that was ordered and shipped, shipping and billing addresses, shipping date, etc.

Part Barcodes by Manufacture Order – Avery

Barcodes galore! This report lets you print barcodes on Avery 8160 labels for every item contained in a manufacture order. The number of barcodes printed depends entirely upon the manufacture order.

Part Barcodes by MO – One-Off

Remember the Part Barcodes by MO – Avery report, which had a full page of barcodes? This one is like that, except that it prints off part barcodes on individual 2” x 1” labels for every item contained on a Manufacture Order.

Part Barcodes with Tracking – Avery

Instead of using an MO, this report prints barcodes for all of the parts at a certain location on Avery 8160 paper.

Part Barcodes with Tracking – One-Off

You’ll notice a pattern that many of the reports with a whole page of barcodes are immediately followed by a one-off version. It’s true in this case, which is a one-off version of the Part Barcodes with Tracking – Avery report.

Part UPC Label – Avery

This report specifically prints out UPS labels for all of the parts that are fed into it. The UPCs are stacked on page and printed on Avery 8160 label sheets.

Part UPC Label – One-Off

Similar to the Part UPC Label – Avery report, this one lets you print off UPCs on individual 2” x 1” labels.

Pick Ticket for 4” x 6” Label

This report prints Fishbowl’s standard pick ticket on a 4” x 6” label. It includes a great deal of information, including part names, barcodes, quantities, locations, etc.

Pick Ticket UPC for 4” x 6” Label

Exactly like the above report except for the fact that this report uses UPCs.

Pick Ticket with Images

Very similar to the two reports above, but the barcodes are all replaced with images of the parts that are being picked.

Product Barcodes by Receipt – Avery

Now we’re moving from parts to products. This report prints barcodes on Avery 8160 labels for all of the items found on a purchase order.

Product Barcodes by Receipt – One-Off

Just like the Product Barcodes by Receipt – Avery report, except this one prints out each product barcode on a 2” x 1” label.

Product Price Label – Avery

Unlike everything we’ve listed above, this report has no barcodes at all. It prints product labels, including their names, descriptions, and/or prices, on Avery 8160 labels.

Product Price Label – One-Off

Again, this is a one-off version of the above report. It prints product labels on 2” x 1” labels.

Product UPC Label – Avery

This report is very similar to the other UPC label reports, except that this one is specifically for products, and it’s not based on a receipt. It prints a full page of UPC labels, including the appropriate product number, name, and price onto an Avery 8160 label sheet.

Product UPC Label – One-Off

Once more, this is just like the Product UPC Label report except that it prints a single UPC at a time on a 2” x 1” label.

Production Demand Report

How much inventory do you need to handle your current production demand? This report tells you that, going into detail on every work order you have recently created in order to help you figure out which parts are on hand and which ones are short, so you can reorder them.

Production Duration

Similar to the Production Demand Report, this report not only shows what quantities are required to complete work orders, but it also shows start and finish dates and estimated and actual durations. This helps companies plan how much time it will take to finish each work order.

Reverse Lot History

This report drills down into the history of a lot number, detailing everything done to it from the time it was first used to the present time.

Sales by Month Graph

Total monthly sales are displayed in a bar graph, line graph, or pie chart in this report. It’s a helpful tool to visually represent how much progress a company is making over time.

Sales Receipt for 4” x 6” Label

This report lets you print a standard receipt as a 4” x 6” label. It includes everything you’d expect from a receipt, such as the name of the product being sold, its price and quantity, and the tax amount, among other things.

Turnover Ratio

Would you like to know how long you keep inventory in your warehouse before selling it? This report calculates this, showing you your Turnover Ratio by quantity and by cost.

These reports are the tip of the iceberg of what Fishbowl can do. They certainly augment its ability to track your inventory and perform other complex procedures. You’ll most likely be pleasantly surprised by everything you can accomplish with Fishbowl.

We should note that these reports aren’t automatically included in Fishbowl’s software because no one would possibly need every one of them. It’s better to simply pick and choose which ones you will find most useful to your business and not have to worry about any irrelevant or potentially duplicate ones.
