The Fishbowl Advanced Mobile app is made up of the following modules that you can click from the Dashboard:

- Work Order: Finish open work orders created in the Fishbowl Client.
- Sales Order: View, edit, create, and issue sales orders. You can also accept credit card payment from customers.
- Delivery: Receive signatures from authorized recipients of shipping cartons.
- Go to the Google Play Store, and install the Fishbowl Advanced Mobile app on an Android mobile device.
- Use your Fishbowl Advanced login credentials, and enter the Fishbowl Server computer’s IP address.
- Open the Fishbowl Client on a desktop computer, go to the Settings module, click the Integrated Apps tab, and approve the app.
- Go to the Plugin module in the Fishbowl Client, install Fishbowl Advanced Mobile, close the client, and restart the Fishbowl Server.
- Open the Fishbowl Client again, open the Advanced Mobile module, and click Yes in the popup message to activate it.

When you have any problems with Fishbowl Advanced Mobile, there are several things you can do. First, if the app is having trouble connecting to your server computer, doublecheck the IP address you’re attempting to connect to. Sometimes it can change, so it’s a good idea to make sure it matches the server computer’s IP address. Second, you can uninstall the app and reinstall it. Third, for pick errors, go to Pick settings on the mobile device and increase the number of lines that are shown.
Fourth, check that the app has the latest version downloaded. This should happen automatically whenever a new version is released, but it doesn’t hurt to check. Fifth, check Fishbowl’s documentation site to see if the issue is explained on there. Finally, contact Fishbowl’s Support team for additional assistance with a problem that you don’t see covered elsewhere.
